A Six Day New Lil Man
When my family arrived to the studio, the studio is lit by only the natural light coming in through the big, front windows. There's 4 soft, adorable set ups ready to go. A lovely scent of local lavender oil is diffusing the air. Pandora and a noise machine are doing their calming magic. The studio heat is to set to a nice and warm roasty-toasty temp. All four come and settle in. Mom hands over sweet baby Wren, and I get busy capturing all I can. They had previously chosen lil Wren's teddy bear, so it was ready to go! Wren will hopefully have this tiny lil bear the rest of his life. A tiny lil bear that will be in one of their forever memories hanging on their wall. I love making sure that this lil bear makes an appearances in a couple different set ups and poses. It always amazing me how quickly the bear goes from looking somewhat large next to all the babies, to super tiny!!
I warned mom and dad that this shoot is hot and takes a bit so dress for comfort. After I started the shoot they sat on the couch and relaxed comfortably while waiting, for me to need them. Wren only asked for one milk break, and never argued a single pose! What a peaceful baby boy he is! I got through all I had prepared and he was such a fabulous lil model. We finished the session with a few shots with beautiful big sis embracing her lil brother Wren. She is such a proud big sister that is already so in love! A few poses with mom, dad and both kiddos, mom, dad and baby. Then we ended the session with each parent holding and loving on baby Wren.
